Use the XLC XLC Chain Rivet Remover TO-S88 to perfectly size your new CHAIN NERDS chain for 5-12 speed or single speed bikes. For best results, simply count the links on your old chain and trim the new chain accordingly. Be sure to include the connecting link when counting. It's always worth counting twice, and even a third time if you get two different numbers :)
